1. Free Worldwide Shipping

Standard shipping is 100% free of charge on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.

2. Fulfillment & Processing Time

  • All items are custom-printed and made-to-order through our global fulfillment partners (such as Merchize).

  • Order processing and production typically take between 2 to 5 business days before dispatch.

3. Shipping Origins & Transit Times

  • Our products are fulfilled globally depending on the item type (e.g., apparel may ship from our facilities in Vietnam, and accessories from the US).

  • Estimated transit times vary by destination (typically 7 to 15 business days after fulfillment). Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Customs, Duties, and DDP

  • We utilize DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping methods where applicable to major regions to streamline the customs process and prevent unexpected fees upon delivery.

5. Shipping Protection / Delivery Guarantee

  • At checkout, you have the option to add our Shipping Protection to cover your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If selected, any transit mishaps are fully covered with a free replacement. If declined, Watm Store is not responsible for carrier-related issues once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.
